About Us

Hey, it’s me Ockie van Zyl the founder of Chase Growth. I have played 110 rugby games professionally, locally, and abroad. What a surprise it was entering the “real” world after playing professional rugby for all those years. The only job I got was selling calendars door to door for a few months and luckily for me a door opened in the medical industry. There I worked my way up to national sales manager over Southern Africa and I served faithfully there for almost 10 years.

Sales, strategies, expanding, hiring, and equipping my team were what I did during those years.  ​Selling, implementing strategies, expanding, hiring, and equipping my team was where the SYSTEMS and GROWTH CHASING passion originated from. After serving faithfully for all those years I knew my time will come when I will be able to grow my own businesses and help other businesses to experience the same growth we did.   Now being 40 and the proud owner of Chayil Capital, Fluss Technologies, and Chase Growth I can confidently with a proven track record help ​businesses to get the right systems in place when it comes to scaling and growing a business. ​Chase Growth’s purpose is to help as many businesses as possible to be as effective as they can be, growing exponentially, and having engaged employees.
